MedGPT is designed for educational purposes to help you understand your medical reports. We are not currently a HIPAA-covered entity but follow HIPAA-inspired privacy standards and are working toward formal compliance certification. This service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We temporarily process medical report files you upload, including:
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. Stripe may collect payment data according to their privacy policy.
All uploaded medical files are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Analysis results are provided immediately and not stored permanently.
All data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption both in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our servers are hosted on secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure.
Your medical information is never shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes.
Limited exceptions: We may share anonymized, non-medical data with service providers (like hosting companies) strictly necessary for platform operation, or if required by law.

MedGPT is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.
If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian use this service on your behalf. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will delete it immediately.
